Thank you for registering for our Personal Grooming Workshop. Please read the refund policy carefully before making payment.
1. No Cash Refund
Since this is a live online service-based workshop, we do not offer cash refunds once payment is completed.
2. Seat Transfer / Batch Shift
If you are unable to attend, you may:
- Transfer your seat to another person (friend/family)
- Attend the next available batch (subject to availability)
3. Rescheduling by Us
If the workshop is postponed by us, you will be offered a new session date or the next available batch.
4. Payment Issues
If payment is successful but your seat is not confirmed due to a technical issue, contact us with your Razorpay payment reference. We will resolve it within 24–48 hours.
